Leadership & Governance
At the top of our structure is the Managing Director (MD), who provides strategic direction, visionary leadership, and oversight for all company operations. The MD ensures that Shield Max Security remains aligned with its mission: “To Become the Most Reliable Security Guard Company in Bangladesh.” Under the guidance of the MD, every department functions with unity, discipline, and shared purpose.
Supporting the Managing Director are key leadership roles that ensure smooth coordination and operational efficiency:
Deputy Managing Director (DMD): Oversees company operations and supports the MD in executing strategic goals.
General Manager (GM): Manages the overall performance of departments, ensures client satisfaction, and maintains service quality.
Deputy General Manager (DGM): Assists in planning, monitoring field operations, and maintaining communication between teams.
Manager – Operations: Directs all field-level security activities, deployment, and supervision of guards at various sites.
Manager – Administration & HR: Manages recruitment, training, employee welfare, and compliance.
Manager – Finance & Accounts: Handles budgeting, payroll, financial control, and audits.
Manager – Marketing & Client Relations: Leads business development, client engagement, and service expansion initiatives.
Operational Team
Below the management layer, Shield Max Security is structured to maintain strict field discipline and continuous monitoring:
Regional Supervisors / Zonal In-Charges – Coordinate field teams, manage multiple sites, and ensure service consistency.
Site Supervisors – Handle daily operations at client sites, report incidents, and maintain discipline among security personnel.
Security Guards – The frontline of our organization, trained and committed to providing vigilant protection, professionalism, and reliability.
